IT Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities
* Provide technical support in problem analysis and resolution (1st & 2nd level support)
* Install, configure, and inventory all IT assets (desktops, laptops, docking stations, headsets, and printers), including patch management
* Create and delete user accounts
* Implement security policies for our Windows servers, Exchange Online Hybrid environment, and office network
* Configure and manage mail servers (Microsoft Exchange) and mail archiving (MailStore)
* Analyze demand and procure hardware and software products
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and emergency plans
Requirements
Profile
* Reliability, structure, and commitment are essential qualities for this role. In addition to teamwork and rapid comprehension, the following technical skills are required:
* A completed education in computer science, system administration, or a related field
* Initial experience as an IT system administrator
* Proficient use of Linux servers
* Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
