Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: You will handle first-level support cases, evaluate them, and process them efficiently so that our team members can get back to work quickly.
* Hotline Management: You will ensure the hotline is consistently staffed and maintain control at all times.
* IT Consulting: You will provide our employees with information on technical topics and explain how they can use IT technologies optimally.
* Ticket & Knowledge Database Management: You will manage and update our ticket system and ensure that the knowledge database is always up-to-date.
* Documentation: You will create and maintain technical documentation for your area of responsibility to make all processes transparent and traceable.
Requirements:
* You have completed a successful education as a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) for Systemintegration or a comparable education (e.g. Kauffrau (m/w/d) for IT-System-Management).
* Alternatively, you bring a commercial education with an IT background or a degree in Computer Science.
* You have thorough knowledge of Windows System Architecture and application landscape - preferably from practical experience or student activities.
* Your communicative skills and service orientation make it easy for you to help others with technical problems.
* You have a high affinity for IT and good technical understanding to explain complex topics in a clear manner.
