You actively contribute to the success of the company today by working on crucial strategic projects and performance improvement programs. You share your ideas with top-management and lead cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life. How You’ll Make an Impact
* Drive strategic projects across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact
* Oversee the business area’s performance and initiative corrective actions
* Prepare and participate in executive meetings and events (e.g., capital market days)
* Enable effective dialogue between executive management and internal / external stakeholders
* Build a strong network inside and outside of Siemens Energy
What You Bring
* Excellent university degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Master, MBA, PhD)
* Several years of professional experience in Strategy Projects within a leading Consulting firm or a reputable Energy company
* Profound knowledge of Energy Markets and their Stakeholders, including Investors
* Strong passion for the technological and societal aspects of Energy Transformation
* Demonstrated superior analytical skills with a track record of developing impactful solutions
* Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to convince Senior Stakeholders
About the Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
