What You’ll Do Drive Autoship and Loyalty Strategy with Data Analyze customer behavior, retention trends, and loyalty program performance across markets. Identify key growth levers and make data-backed recommendations that influence long-term strategy with regard to program adoption and customer retention Support decision-making for senior stakeholders by translating insights into clear, actionable business narratives. Optimize Campaigns & Customer customer Own campaign performance analytics — from setup to post-analysis—measuring impact, ROI, and customer uplift. Define KPIs and benchmarks for initiatives to track success and ensure we’re investing where it matters most. Collaborate with Loyalty and marketing teams to analyse customers engagement and propose options to enhance interaction with our customers Build Tools That Scale Insight Design and maintain smart dashboards and visual reports (Tableau, Power BI) for teams across Europe. Enable faster, better decisions by transforming complex datasets into clear, digestible formats. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of analytics across functions. Be a Commercial & Analytical Thought Partner Bring a business-first mindset to every analysis—align insights with revenue, growth, and customer value goals. Act as a sparring partner for marketing and commercial leaders—challenging assumptions and championing data-driven thinking. Act as the loyalty data insights expert, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
