In this role you will work with the account teams in being accountable for meeting the business objectives of our clients both strategically and financially. As well as using experience to develop innovative tactical and strategic plans that are well aligned to client needs. You will:
* Manage client relationships at a senior medical level to ensure client satisfaction and the agency’s scientific content business
* Contribute to the agency's scientific content and the development of the medical team
* Provide insights and strategic guidance to ensure best approach and successful delivery of medical writing projects
* Encourage and enable the continuous pursuit of quality service, creative ideas, and business success
* Support building a cohesive junior team through sound mentoring
Essential Requirements:
* Degree educated
* Demonstrate thorough research an understanding of the therapeutic area and scientific/market environment
* Develop and deliver scientifically high quality content
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical drug development and approval process
Desired Requirements:
* Ideally has relevant work experience and interest in healthcare industry
* Science Degree
* Experience of working on a digitally focused client account. Exposure to global accounts.
