The Coordinator Credit/Collections (m/w/d) is responsible for the cash application for Austria, Germany.
This position will be an onsite position in our office at Beckman Coulter Krefeld or Munich, Germany (other locations in Austria or Netherlands) and reports to the Manager Credit/Collections.

In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities
1. Enter manually the cash application and enter missing receipts to Autolockbox file.
2. Review and reconcile customer accounts for collection efforts
3. Run the Netting on a weekly basis.
4. Complete all the adjustments: applies & write off's.
5. Clean up the customer ledgers.
6. Make customers' phone calls to enquiry payment details and payment queries.
7. Run the sales journal and the unposted items report.
8. Perform the month end closing activities.
The essential requirements of the job include:
9. Commercial background education.
10. Some years of professional experience within an accounting environment would be a plus.
11. Language skills: fluent in English and German; any other European language is a plus.
12. Excellent computer skills.
13. ERP Oracle would be an asset.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
14. Experience in a multicultural company in the healthcare industry.
15. Experience in accounting.
