We are looking for a Learning Development Manager (m/f/d) for our team at the Bönen site as soon as possible.
Responsibilities / Tasks
* Develop programs for Division specific trainings
* Support our digital learning transformation strategy
* Account-, project- and stakeholder management
* Creation and maintenance of the learning products
* Support the country and regional managers on the process of implementation of learnings
* Analyze, design and implement the best learning solutions for divisional target groups in line with the organizational goals and the GEA Academy standards and processes
Your Profile / Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or equivalent with professional background in training (Business, Human Resource, Education, Psychology)
* Several years of experience in relevant function (HR, Business Education/Development)
* Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices
* Agricultural touchpoints are an advantage
* Excellent communication skills in dealing with international and interdisciplinary teams
* Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility
* Experience in project management
* Curiosity, open-minded, ability to learn and enthusiasm
* Very good knowledge of English language. Additional language is a benefit.
