We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and relationship-focused Demand Planner to join our newly-created S&OP team covering our Europe and Africa regions. In this brand new role, you will work in collaboration with your Regional Supply Planning colleagues, and you will be the sole lead for the forecasting process throughout the entire region. You'll be the go-to expert in demand planning, working closely with key stakeholders, such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts that drive business success..
What You'll Do
* Own the demand planning stage of the S&OP process, delivering reliable forecasts that fuel smarter decisions.
* Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to identify gaps, trends, and risks—and develop action plans that close them.
* Present insights and forecasts using advanced analytics and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
* Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and process maturity.
* Partner with IT to enhance systems and automate multi-view forecast inputs.
* Build strong, trusting relationships across functions and geographies—your success depends on it.
What You'll Bring
* A degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics—or 5+ years of hands-on experience in demand planning.
* Fluency in English (additional EMEA languages a plus).
* Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data tools; experience with ERP systems like Radius/Vision is a bonus.
* A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
