Our Sales team is the engine behind Personio’s rapid ascent as Europe’s leading HR platform. Our mission? To find SMEs that need us and provide them with solutions that change how they work.

Role Responsibilities: What You'll Do
1. Pipeline Growth: Qualify high-potential leads to keep our sales funnel healthy and high-quality.
2. Data Insights: Create analytical reports that drive strategic management decisions.
3. Outbound Strategy: Execute cold calling and outbound campaigns to spark interest in new markets.
4. CRM Excellence: Maintain and optimize our CRM database to ensure 100% data integrity.
5. AI Innovation: Research and implement AI tools to automate and scale Business Development.
6. Special Projects: Own ad-hoc initiatives, from measuring team performance to system automation.

20. Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
