About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Professional to join our team. As a Client Services Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across various areas of specialization.
* You will provide timely and accurate delivery of reports and information, attend operational meetings, and operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit/function.
* You will manage large and complex projects, cultivate and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders, and act as a key client contact within your area of expertise.
Your technical expertise will be utilized to provide management reporting on transactions, assist clients and partners with problem resolution, and interact with various operations areas to improve processes.
Requirements
1. A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
3. Knowledge of financial industry operations, including fiduciary services and use of trust systems, is mandatory.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
