Senior Accountant (all genders) at our Remagen site
We develop and manufacture high-quality adhesive and transfer films for textiles and digital printing. As part of the Fedrigoni Group, we combine the strengths of a medium-sized company with international reach: reliability with progress, experience with curiosity.
Based in Remagen (Germany), the Senior Accountant is responsible for managing bookkeeping, ensuring the accuracy and timelines of financial reporting (both Managerial and Statutory) of the Self-Adhesives Finance team in Germany (3 operative legal entities 1 Holdings).
Manage the general ledger such as Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank transactions including Netting, Payroll Posting, Travel expense report, Intercompany
Monitor reconcile and analyze accounting records
Prepare Intrastat, ZM and support VAT declaration
Static as per German regulation
Support Month end and Year Activities
Continuously improve accounting process and alignment with Group policies and guidelines
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze data for internal and external reporting needs
Support to year end External Audit activities
MSc in Accounting/Finance or similar experience (e.At least 3/5 years of experience in External Audit (preferably with a focus on manufacturing companies), or within an accounting department in a structured organization
~ Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (HGB/IFRS), good knowledge indirect and direct Tax German procedure
~ Proficient in Excel and experienced user of accounting and financial systems (e.Fluent German (C1 Level ) and Very good Command in English (B2 + Level)
