WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS
As a Strategic People Projects Working Student at remberg, you will support key initiatives across employer branding, talent acquisition, culture activation, and people operations. You will work closely with the People team to enhance our employer brand, improve candidate experience, and drive internal engagement.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE
* Employer branding: Support the development and execution of our employer branding strategy, including creating and posting social media content.
* Candidate experience: Strengthen the talent acquisition process by ensuring smooth, engaging, and professional interactions with candidates.
* Culture activation: Plan and organize internal events that reinforce and celebrate remberg’s company culture.
* People operations: Assist with HR processes, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of our people operations.
