As an Executive Consultant, you act as a senior partner to clients operating at the highest levels of their organizations. Your role combines three dimensions that belong together: Deliver impact You design and deliver leadership, assessment, and development work for complex organizational realities, translating ambiguity into clarity and action. Grow the business You build long-term client relationships, recognize meaningful opportunities, and help shape engagements through insight and credibility, not pitching. You take shared commercial accountability for the growth and success of your client portfolio, contributing directly to sustainable revenue and long‑term partnerships. Develop people You support and challenge colleagues, contribute to consulting quality, and help grow the maturity of teams and individuals. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are looking for experienced Executive Consultants who are comfortable with responsibility, creating an impact, and developing customers.
