Your Job Description
* Independently design, develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes in machining and assembly
* Define and specify tools, fixtures, production equipment, and special-purpose systems
* Plan and structure production work packages in close coordination with engineering teams and project management
* Analyze production deviations, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions
* Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure manufacturability of components and assemblies (DFM)
* Review technical drawings and CAD models for production feasibility and readiness
* Introduce and implement new manufacturing technologies and process improvements
Your qualification profile
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or a comparable technical qualification
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within metal processing (machining, forming)
* Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM programming
* Experience in integration and assembly of complex components
* Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
* Proficient in CAD systems and MS Office applications
* Knowledge of EN9100 and ISO 1101 / 14405 is an advantage
