An international renewable energy investor and developer with a multi-gigawatt pipeline spanning battery storage, wind, and solar projects worldwide. Since inception, the company has rapidly scaled, bringing large-scale assets into construction and operation across multiple markets.
Operating as an IPP, the company focuses on market-driven, scalable clean energy infrastructure from generation through to end users. With a strong track record in battery storage and a growing presence across Europe, the organisation combines financial strength with an agile, entrepreneurial culture.
As part of its expansion, the company is now establishing and scaling its German platform, targeting one of Europe’s most dynamic and strategic energy markets.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Country Leadership, you will be central to building and executing the company’s development strategy in Germany. Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving the development of utility-scale battery storage (BESS), wind, solar, and hybrid projects
* Identifying new opportunities, including land acquisition, grid connections, and strategic partnerships
* Leading projects through permitting and grid processes to Ready-to-Build stage
* Supporting project economics, commercial viability, and procurement activities
* Building and maintaining relationships with municipalities, landowners, grid operators, and partners
* Contributing to financing processes and investor discussions
* Supporting M&A activities and evaluating acquisition opportunities
* Playing an active role in shaping the company’s German market strategy
The Person
* 4+ years’ experience in renewable energy project development (IPP, developer, or grid operator)
* Strong exposure to German permitting and infrastructure planning processes
* Experience managing grid connection processes with TSOs/DSOs
* Background in BESS, solar, or wind development (battery storage experience is a strong advantage)
* Commercial mindset with exposure to project economics and deal structuring
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a lean environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills across public and private sectors
* Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
* Fluent in German and English
