Contract Type: Permanent, On-site
Lead and manage the Internal Audit team both professionally and disciplinarily
Plan and conduct audits across all areas of the bank's operations
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines (e.g., MaRisk, DORA)
Provide audit-related support for major projects to ensure regulatory compliance
Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to senior management
A university degree in business law, finance, IT, or a related discipline, or a banking qualification with several years of relevant professional experience (e.g., in banking, consulting, or auditing)
MaRisk, EBA, CRR)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in German (written and spoken) and English
