Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill a key position within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in business administration or human resources and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all HR matters at our German site, collaborating with other sites as needed
* Provide guidance and support to managers on personnel-related and labor law issues
* Ensure compliance with company guidelines and German labor laws
* Coordinate expatriate assignments from Spain to Germany
* Support new employees during their transition to Germany
* Recruit top talent by creating job advertisements and conducting interviews
* Maintain accurate personnel statistics, including new hires and departures, salary and holiday information
* Handle various personnel matters from hiring to departure
Requirements
* Degree in business administration or human resources
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of German labor law
* Eligible to work in Germany
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
* Experience with MS Office
* Fluent in German and English, other languages an asset
* Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
