br /span /p /div div h2 The following challenges await you /h2 ul li You will join the newly established Corporate Development function as a key sparring partner, shaping the long-term strategic direction of Heraeus Convantics through 2035 /li li From day one, you will engage with both CEOs and the Leadership Team on the questions that matter most: where to grow, where to focus, which new business fields to build, and how to position the company in a changing market environment /li li In this role, you will take topics end-to-end ndash; from structuring and analyzing complex problems amp; trends to translating findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.

Selected strategic initiatives will be delegated to you with full execution responsibility, so you can see your work translate into real outcomes /li li You will work across all five Business Lines, collaborate closely with leaders from across the organization, and engage with external partners as needed.

Topics will range from new business field development and footprint decisions to portfolio choices and strategic M amp;A evaluations ndash; with a future-back perspective focused on long-term value creation /li li Beyond your day-to-day work on strategic topics, you will help shape how the function operates from the ground up ndash; defining methodologies and establishing Corporate Development as a high-impact contributor to the company rsquo;s long-term direction.
