Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Revenue Operations team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data integrity, process optimization, and CRM systems – especially Salesforce. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clean, reliable data that fuels our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will support the Revenue Operations team by ensuring our CRM data, primarily in Salesforce, is accurate, complete, and well-organized
* You’ll be responsible for auditing and cleaning up records, identifying and merging duplicates, correcting formatting issues, and enriching data using both internal and external sources
* You’ll also assist with updating Salesforce entries across Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, and help implement validation rules and workflows to improve data quality
* Beyond CRM tasks, you’ll contribute to generating reports and dashboards, documenting processes in Confluence, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline operations and support strategic decision-making
* You’ll also support pipeline hygiene by reviewing stalled deals, flagging outdated opportunities, and helping sales reps keep their records current
* You’ll also contribute to internal documentation efforts by maintaining process guides, data standards, and operational playbooks in Confluence, helping ensure transparency and consistency across teams
Your profile:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field)
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM tool and Confluence (experience is a plus!)
* Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; bonus points for SQL or data visualization tools
* Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn
