Job DescriptionWe are looking for a (Senior) Director - Global Payments Product to join our Fintech Product team and deliver best-in-class payment experiences for customers across the world.As a (Senior) Director in the Global Payments Product team, you will be responsible for the suite of products and services that power and optimize billions of annual transactions across over 65 countries across the world. You will define and deliver an impactful roadmap of global capabilities, align strategic priorities and tactical execution across global and regional product teams, and benchmark successful execution both within and outside the Delivery Hero family of brands.Your mission will include:Leadership & Team Building: Lead and develop a team of approximately 10-15 Product Management and Product Operations professionals.Product Strategy & Execution: Shape, drive, and deliver Delivery Hero’s global product vision for payment processing and payment orchestration.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data, compliance, operations, and platform leaders to deliver scalable, high-performing payment solutions.Global Transformation: Stay on top of global market trends to deliver relevant products, capabilities, and features in over 65 countries.Delivery Excellence: Oversee product delivery lifecycles and define enterprise-wide KPIs.Thought Leadership: Define companywide strategies, plans, and best practices within your scope of ownership.Your heroic skills should include:Communication: Executive-level skill as a presenter, negotiator, and strategic storyteller.Team Leadership: Inspiring, engaging, and influential leader with proven experience managing Product professionals.Product Leadership: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 5+ years leading multi-tiered teams.Domain Expertise: Significant experience building payment platforms at a global scale.History of Results: Strong track record of shipping high-impact, scalable products end-to-end.We believe diversity and inclusion are key to creating an exciting product and amazing customer and employee experience.
