Technical Support engineers at Crestron are the primary technical resource for our customers and partners. Technical Support engineers are able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues that arise during this process. Providing high level of business-to-business support and guidance to our customers and partners, both on a hardware and a software level.
Support our customers via phone, email, and chat to provide detailed and accurate case information.
Passion for technology, IT, networking, A/V, and programming.
You have very good communication skills in German and English (any other language can be a plus).
You are hands on, problem solving and have an analytical mindset.

Full training program during the first few months to train you to become a Crestron expert.
