How you will contribute The Manager Business Excellence will drive operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and business planning activation within MDLZ DE. The role is pivotal in enhancing business systems, operational capabilities, and cross-functional processes to achieve excellence in execution. Lead the business planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market demands Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of planning and execution Optimize and maintain business systems & reporting to improve operational efficiency and decision-making Lead the development and implementation of new capabilities, tools, and processes to enable agility and scalability Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring Identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and quality. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and ensure accountability Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and standardization across functions What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: University Degree in a related field, MBA is a plus 15 years of commercial FMCG experience with min. 3 years in Sales roles and min. 5 years of people management is required Proven track record of leading business planning and activation in a complex, fast-paced environment. Deep expertise in systems optimization, capability development, and operational process improvement. Experience managing large-scale projects, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
