To further strengthen our marketing capabilities and support the continued expansion of the Traka and KEYper brands, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager Junior based in Germany.IntroductionAs a Junior Marketing Manager at Traka DACH, you will support B2B marketing activities across Germany, working closely with the sales team and the EMEIA/UK marketing organization. This hands‑on role covers campaigns, digital marketing, website content and event coordination, and reports to the General Manager Traka DACH.You will help strengthen the marketing presence of Traka and KEYper in the DACH region, using tools such as Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and marketing analytics platforms. In addition to the DACH focus, you will also support selected marketing initiatives for the Nordic region, offering exposure to international collaboration and cross‑regional projects.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of the Traka DACH marketing plan aligned with EMEIASupport social, paid media, SEO/SEM and LinkedIn campaignsCreate content for social, web, brochures and sales materialsLocalize marketing toolkits and materialsAnalyze campaign and CRM performanceAssist with KPIs, dashboards and reportingDrive lead generation across the funnelProvide go‑to‑market materials for the sales teamCoordinate events, trade shows, webinars and demosMaintain the Traka DACH website (AEM)Support social media scheduling and engagementUpdate or design sales materials in Adobe/CanvaPerform admin tasks: databases, reports and budget trackingWho you areYou are a structured, creative and solutions‑oriented person with a strong interest in marketing, communication and digital channels. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and external agencies across countries, contributing ideas and supporting the sales team. You work proactively, manage multiple tasks confidently and communicate clearly with a positive, team‑driven mindset.Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications or a similar role (experience in technology, security, IoT, SaaS or industrial solutions is a plus)Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign activationStrong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in market or campaign analysisExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or CanvaGood planning and coordination skills; event experience is an advantageBasic understanding of analytics, CRM systems or web CMS platforms (AEM is a plus)Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English and GermanDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and internationallyProactive, structured and able to manage several projects simultaneouslyA valid driver’s license is an advantageWe believe you have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceSome travel within the EMEIA region may be required.LocationThe position is based in Germany.
