About the company
1. Remote-friendly: A large portion of the work can be done from home
2. On-site presence: Occasional visits to Wuppertal for alignment, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
Responsibilities
3. Build, maintain, and ensure a consistent and end-to-end Configuration Management approach
4. Structure, organize, and process backlog documents, artifacts, and processes
5. Own and drive Change Management in accordance with ASPICE
6. Create, update, and align SW/HW interface documentation
7. Collaborate closely with the Functional Safety team
8. Ensure complete traceability across all documents, requirements, and change item
Profile
9. Proven experience in Configuration & Change Management within automotive projects
10. Strong knowledge of ASPICE, ideally with exposure to Functional Safety (FuSi)
11. Hands-on experience in requirements engineering, and documentation workflows
12. Ability to structure complex technical information clearly and efficiently
13. Confident working with documentation tools such as Polarion, DOORS, Jira (depending on project)
14. Excellent organizational and communication skills with a reliable and structured working style
15. Fluent english skill, german skills advantageous
