This is a player-coach role where you’ll lead from the front — managing complex travel bookings, supporting VIP clients, handling escalations, and mentoring a high-performing support team while helping scale operations.
What You’ll Bring
* 7+ years’ experience in corporate/business travel
* 3+ years leading customer support or travel operations teams
* Strong GDS knowledge (Sabre preferred)
* Experience managing complex DACH corporate accounts
* Fluent German and English
* Passion for service excellence, operational performance, and team development
