Lead Requirements Analyst (m/w/d)
BEING PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:
* Lead and manage stakeholder, system, and software requirements for medium to large-scale projects of moderate to high complexity
* Develop and maintain system requirement specifications in compliance with industry standards
* Identify and resolve requirement conflicts and inconsistencies
* Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to clarify, align, and review requirements
* Oversee the use of requirements management tools and methodologies across teams
* Ensure all requirements are complete, correct, traceable, and testable
* Communicate requirement-related risks and report status to project management
* Manage requirement change requests and drive process improvements in scope and requirements analysis
* Apply structured problem-solving techniques to deliver reliable and pragmatic solutions
* Effectively manage multiple toolchains and documentation formats
* Uphold high standards in documentation quality and organizational effectiveness
YOU HAVE:
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Software Engineering, Math or Physics or a technical field or another relevant field AND 9 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
* Advanced understanding and experience in the field of requirements engineering
* Advanced understanding of ASPICE, specifically in terms of, ,, and
* Strong experience with requirements management tools (JAMA, DOORs, etc.)
* Agile/Scrum methodology experience and/or training
* Experience with JIRA
* Knowledge of FMEA methodology
* Experience working with Global teams
* Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written English and interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated professional approach to situations in which conflict is present
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
