Our Human Resources organization is responsible for creating a work environment that supports and fosters employee growth and development. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in this process by providing expert guidance and support to warehouse employees on HR-related matters.
The HR Advisor position is based at our Bremerhaven warehouse, where you will collaborate closely with warehouse leaders to resolve employee-related issues. This includes absence and discipline cases, which require your attention and resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting employees with inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, analyzing their needs, and exploring options for resolving the queries.
* Collaborating with managers to develop site engagement strategies, actively working in HR management systems, and maintaining case trackers to ensure timely action.
* Guiding and training employees and managers in HR systems and service delivery models, ensuring accurate, compliant, and effective HR documentation.
* Developing comprehensive communication plans to ensure all company updates reach employees through various channels.

A successful candidate should possess:
* Knowledge of German labor law and a foundation in HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
* Experience in resolving employee relations issues and collaborating with teams.
* Fluency in German and a good level of English.
* Experience with HRIS or Workday would be an asset.
