Your tasks
7. Carrying out technical and editorial reviews of documentation, e.g. compliance with editorial and contractual requirements
8. Creating, processing and evaluating test protocols, including summarizing and communicating the results and recommendations
9. Acting as a central point of contact for IETD creators regarding the checks carried out
10. Recording data in logistics systems and ensuring data exchange with external partners
11. Coordinating and coordinating with documentation creators, subcontractors and service providers
12. Collaboration in the further development and optimization of QA processes and support in the creation of guidelines
13. Identifying problems and errors and independently initiating corrections/adjustments in the QA process and tool environment
14. Defining requirements and creating and reviewing specifications for the adaptation and further development of QA tools
15. Testing new QA modules and methods, including support with their evaluation and assessment
16. Creation of training documents and conception, organization and implementation of in-house training courses in the QA environment
Your profile
17. Completed studies, vocational training with professional experience or a comparable qualification in the relevant field
18. Good knowledge of IETD (Integrated Electronic Technical Documentation) and maintenance management
19. Practical and theoretical knowledge in sub-areas of logistics systems
20. Confident handling of common IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
21. Authorization to handle classified information
22. Good technical understanding
23. Strong communication skills and team spirit
24. Ability to work independently
25. Working time model: 35 hours/week
