Area of Responsibilities: Market Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy to secure and expand market share. Identify new business opportunities and manage cross-functional business development initiatives across all product categories. Product Positioning & Market Development: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for existing and new products to maximize market penetration and brand presence. Leadership & Team Development: Manage, motivate, and further develop high-performing sales and marketing teams. Promote a future-oriented team culture focused on results and individual growth. Brand & Marketing Responsibility: Oversee all marketing measures, including point of sale execution. Ensure consistent brand presence both online and offline, and strengthen CYBEX's market presence in the DACH region. Sales Forecasting & ROI Analysis: Manage monthly forecasting in close coordination with sales teams. Ensure transparency regarding marketing measures and expected ROI. Business Development & Key Account Management: Strategically manage business development efforts and support key customer expansion. Monitor market trends outside the industry to identify new opportunities. Brand Activation & Flagship Stores: Utilize company-owned stores for strategic events, networking, and brand staging. Sales & Profit Responsibility: Achieve sales and profitability targets, implementing measures for continuous optimization. Trend Monitoring & Distribution Strategy: Identify relevant market trends and develop tailored distribution strategies for growth. Profile of Qualifications: 8-10+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in leadership roles with direct customer contact in dynamic, complex sales organizations. Proven success in business development and managing complex sales processes. Experience with high-quality consumer or technical lifestyle products; familiarity with brand-oriented, omnichannel markets is advantageous. Strategic vision with hands-on implementation skills. Strong knowledge of sales planning, territory management, and operational sales processes. Ability to analyze sell-out data, evaluate trade marketing, and interpret consumer behavior. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex issues clearly. Entrepreneurial, proactive, resilient, and responsible with bold decision-making abilities. Leadership experience in developing high-performing teams. Willingness to travel within the DACH region and represent the company publicly. Fluent in German and English (C1 or higher), with excellent written and spoken skills. Open-minded, adaptable, eager to learn, and driven by continuous improvement.
