What You Will Do
Kenvue is recruiting for the Commercial Director (f/m/d) Mass Retail Channel Germany. The role reports to the Senior Sales Director and is based in Neuss with hybrid work location. The purpose is to accelerate the Mass retail channel strategy in Germany, focusing on Grocery & Discount (LEH + Discount) as key growth channels, delivering the Go to Market Strategy, meeting and exceeding KPIs, and shaping medium- to long-term plans with our customers. This is a leadership role with an end-to-end, entrepreneurial mindset and offers the opportunity to accelerate your career within the Germany sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Channel Ownership: Full commercial ownership of the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany.
* Customer Strategy: Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals.
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives.
* P&L Management: Own the sales forecast, gross margins, trade spends, promotional budgets and revenue targets per customer.
* Negotiation Excellence: Lead annual negotiations with local and regional customers including buying groups.
* Retailer Relationships: Build strong, trust-based partnerships with top retailer partners.
* Contribute to wider Germany sales success as a key member of the leadership team, undertaking leadership projects and deputising for the Senior Sales Director as required.

* An outstanding track record of success in sales (Mass and/or Discount channel is ideal, but not required) with a minimum of 8–10 years’ experience at senior leadership level.
* Strong track record in negotiations, listing wins, trade spend management and market share growth.
* Demonstrated success in both strategic planning and flawless execution.
* Proven experience with people development.
* International experience is an advantage.
* Strong, resilient mindset.
