Aufgaben
* Lead and develop the Logistics Data Analytics team, both technically and personally.
* Empower and coach team members to reach their full potential.
* Ensure optimal use of team resources and efficient task allocation.
* Design, build, and optimize analyses and reports based on SQL and Power BI.
* Manage complex analytical projects and collaborate closely with key stakeholders from logistics, purchasing, and sales.
* Derive actionable insights from data and provide technical support for implementation.
* Conduct forecasting, KPI tracking, ad hoc analyses, and recurring reporting.
* Monitor and control the achievement of annual targets.
Qualifikationen
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field.
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce, logistics, auditing, or consulting areas. Prior experience in leading teams is highly valued.
* Strong skills in SQL and Power BI; Python knowledge is an advantage.
* Excellent analytical mindset with a structured, methodical, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with a leadership mindset.
* Very good command of both German and English, written and spoken.
