Role Overview

We’re looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our team in Berlin. You’ll play a key role in supporting our people and operations across Germany, making sure every employee receives a seamless and high-quality experience throughout their time with us. This is a newly created role following Tripledot’s intended acquisition of 10 game studios, including one based in Germany. As part of the Group HR Operations team, you’ll work closely with the Regional HR Operations Manager for Europe and the wider HR function, contributing to the smooth running of everything from onboarding and payroll to learning and compliance. This role would suit someone detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with solid local HR experience and a passion for people. The position is hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in our Berlin office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administer paperwork and support the employee lifecycle for Germany
2. Handle HR operations tasks including employee record maintenance and changes
3. Support onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation
4. Respond to employee queries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
5. Coordinate local payroll with third-party provider
6. Manage benefits administration, including renewals and employee support
7. Ensure health and safety standards are met in collaboration with the office team
8. Maintain accurate employee data in HiBob (HRIS)
9. Provide German HR expertise to international HRBPs
10. Monitor legal updates to ensure local compliance
11. Support audits and maintain documentation
12. Manage CPD fund requests and tracking
13. Coordinate employee training programmes and feedback
14. Track training completion and support users with LXP issues
15. Assist with employee engagement and DE&I initiatives
16. Provide support for broader HR projects and ways of working
17. Provide support to the Office Management team when needed

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

18. Strong HR operations experience in Germany
19. Good knowledge of German labour law
20. Fluent German and professional-level English
21. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
22. Experience using HRIS (preferably HiBob)
23. Proactive approach with strong communication skills
24. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
25. Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
