Your role:
As a Fund Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of accounting for Private Equity and AIF structures and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams.
* Lead fund accounting operations for Private Equity and AIF structures
* Review and validate NAV calculations and financial statements
* Ensure accurate capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations
* Supervise portfolio valuations in collaboration with external partners
* Monitor cash flows and perform fund-level reconciliations
* Act as the main liaison for clients, auditors, and third parties
* Ensure compliance with Luxembourg GAAP / IFRS where applicable
* Support onboarding of new funds and structures
* Manage, coach, and develop a team of fund accountants
* Ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion of tasks
* Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance development
Your Profile:
* 7-10 years of experience in Fund Accounting, with a strong focus on Private Equity
* Proven experience managing AIF structures
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Fluent in French and English
* Strong leadership with a pragmatic, hands-on style
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
