Responsibilities: You handle the complete personnel administration and be responsible for document management – in close collaboration with the HR Manager. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding all administrative matters related to employment. You support the entire employee life cycle – from hiring to offboarding – from an administrative perspective. You actively contribute to the optimization of HR processes and the further development of document management. You support HR projects and independently take on smaller tasks. You contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes – your ideas are welcome. Qualifications: You have completed commercial training – ideally supplemented by further training as a certified HR specialist or a comparable qualification. You already have practical experience in HR administration. You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Word and Excel. Ideally, you have experience working with an HR Shared Service Center. You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner – and maintain a high standard of quality even with routine tasks. You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
