HR Manager (f/m) – Leading Cultural Transformation | Southern Germany
A well-established industrial company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to support a major transformation at one of its key production sites in Southern Germany.
Your mission:
You’ll act as a strategic partner to the site leadership team and lead a small HR team, with the goal of building a more engaging, people-centric culture while maintaining strong HR operations.
What you’ll do:
* Drive employee engagement, retention, and cultural transformation
* Lead and develop the local HR team
* Support leaders on performance and talent development
* Ensure smooth HR operations, including labor law and payroll
* Use HR data to guide your strategy and continuous improvements
What we’re looking for:
* Solid experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in an industrial setting
* Background in cultural change and people development
* Fluent German, comfortable in English
* Hands-on, collaborative, and strategic mindset
