What your days will look like You’ll help customers via: Chat Phone Email You’ll support them with: Account questions Product and service issues Technical situations General inquiries You’ll also: Document customer cases carefully Identify patterns and recurring issues Share market feedback and customer insights Help improve internal systems and processes Work closely with management and other departments This is a fast-moving environment where problem-solving and communication matter every day. Requirements Fluent German (spoken & written) Good English At least 1 year of customer support experience Interest or understanding of the gaming / digital entertainment industry Comfortable working shifts (weekdays & weekends) You stay calm under pressure You like teamwork in international environments Mindset, communication skills, and responsibility are key.
