Requirements

• Fluent  German (spoken & written)
• Good English
• At least 1 year of customer support experience
• Interest or understanding of the gaming / digital entertainment industry
• Comfortable working shifts (weekdays & weekends)
• You stay calm under pressure
• You like teamwork in international environments
