Your Role
1. You will work on the conceptual definition and implementation of the Group Treasury strategy, particularly in the areas of financing management, currency and interest rate management
2. You will be responsible for our global treasury systems and develop them further as part of the digitalization strategy (incl. SAP Treasury (BCM, CM, TRM, IHC))
3. You will be responsible for the execution of external financing transactions (on- and off-balance sheet)
4. You will also be responsible for the implementation of financing projects within the company
5. Another part of your job is to optimize the capital structure of subsidiaries and further develop risk management to control financial risk positions
6. You will trade spot and forward exchange transactions independently and prepare corresponding reports
7. You will carry out projects in the Group Treasury environment, for example M&A and investment financing
8. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and decision papers for the Executive Board and other committees as required
9. Maintaining our Group Treasury rules and adapting processes to changing regulatory requirements
Your Profil
10. You have successfully completed your business administration studies
11. You have several years of professional experience in the treasury department of an international company or adequate experience in consulting
12. As a treasury expert, you want to actively advance and develop the area
13. You have a good understanding of foreign currency effects from a wide range of perspectives
14. You have a high affinity for IT and experience in the implementation of IT projects; ideally, you have already worked with treasury IT systems (Coupa or SAP S/4HANA and the relevant treasury modules)
15. Knowledge of the accounting and tax implications and framework conditions of financing transactions is advantageous
16. You impress with your structured, conceptual and analytical way of working as well as your strong teamwork, integration and communication skills
17. Your high sense of responsibility, independent working style and high level of commitment round off your profile
18. Your working languages are German and English
