We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist.
About the Job:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
* This role involves staff administration, communication, coordination, and management of various aspects of HR, including payroll, benefits, training, and employee relations.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Responsibilities will include:
* Staff onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding
* Communication and coordination between departments
* Management of employer obligations toward authorities
* Coordination and communication with external providers
* Administration and management of HR documents
* Gathering staff information and maintaining employer databases
* Production of HR reports
* Payroll responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring respect of payroll calendar and processes
* Coordination with payroll providers
* Payroll preparation and monitoring compliance with collective agreements
* Tax card management and payroll output document checking
* Salary bank account management with finance department
* Additional responsibilities will include:
* Time and attendance management
* Absence management and annual holiday entitlement calculation
* Holiday records management
* Sickness and absences management
* Special leave refund request and long-term absences management
* Working time management and teleworking-related declarations
* Benefits administration will involve:
* Company car management
* Luncheon voucher management
* Pension/health plan management
* Incentive/bonus plan management
* Interest subsidies management and other benefits management
* Training requests management and INFPC training subsidies requests
