Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide technical and commercial support for customers operating in high-temperature conditions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales of technical products, preferably within the foundry/thermal industry or industrial minerals. A degree in thermal technology or similar is desirable but not mandatory.
You will be responsible for identifying potential new customers, acquiring and supporting them, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and conducting presentations in-house and at customer sites.
In this role, you will define and develop customer-specific products and suitable formulations, perform technical and commercial benchmarking against competitive products, determine customer needs, and execute utility value analyses.
You will also prepare technical-commercial concepts, offers including price and condition negotiations with new and existing customers, participate in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and ensure safety-related rules and behavior.
Additionally, you will conduct market, product, and competition analyses, participate in cross-divisional sales and marketing projects, and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and professional events at home and abroad.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical sales experience in the foundry/thermal industry or industrial minerals
* Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivation, result orientation, and willingness to travel domestically and partially abroad
* Language skills in English (written and spoken)
