Responsibilities
:
1. Development and planning of the project workflow: creating test plans, defining test conditions, and commissioning the test units, documenting the project status, and communicating results to customers (internal/external).
2. Ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines as well as full management of project-related activities.
3. Conducting product tests in close cooperation with our worldwide customers.
4. Preparing documentation for approval activities.
5. Independently conducting tests.
6. Recording and evaluating test results.
7. Creating final reports - primarily in English.
8. Verification and regular inspection of measuring and testing equipment to ensure compliance with required external and internal quality standards.
9. Participation in the integration and development of new measurement and testing techniques as well as the continuous improvement of processes.
Qualifications:
10. Completed degree in engineering or vocational training (e.g., in the field of radio and television technology / information technology / communications engineering).
11. Knowledge in the areas of EMC, radio and/or measurement technology.
12. Professional experience with EMC or radio testing, including radar, WLAN, Bluetooth, and RFID, is desirable, as well as experience in conducting tests according to EN, ETSI (Europe) and FCC/IC (North America) standards.
13. Good MS Office skills.
14. Good organisational skills.
15. Commitment, as well as the ability to work independently and result-oriented in an international, high-growth environment.
16. Very good English skills (spoken and written), basic German skills; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
