Your Responsibilities:
1. Take over main responsibility in monthly closure activities (e.g Sales reporting, Management Reporting) & quarterly reporting tasks
2. Monthly closure tasks to ensure high quality of data & transfer to parent company in time
3. Fiscal Year end process incl. Restatement of PY results & supporting Std. Cost Restatement
4. Guide through monthly performance review meeting
5. Support in internal cross-departmental Controlling/ Finance projects
6. Drive digital transformation/ automation of Controlling processes
7. Work closely together with internal IT & external consultants
8. Contact person for auditors („GuV Einzelabschluss“/ financial statement of Grohe AG) & other internal departments (e.g Accounting, SCM)
9. Responsible for updating relevant master data (e.g cost center, profit center master data & hierarchies)
Your profile:
10. Bachelor's or master's degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, business information systems/ IT
11. Work experience in above mentioned areas for at least 3 years
12. Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach
13. Affinity for numbers & IT, a good understanding of financial systems (SAP R3 GDE, GBW, DSO)
14. Structured way of working & good time management
15. Fluent English skills
