With strong funding, rapid year-on-year growth (4x in the past year), and an established enterprise customer base, we’re now ready to build a world‑class Product function that will power our next phase of scale — from 1 to 10x and beyond. The Role: VP of Product We’re looking for an experienced VP of Product — or Senior Product Leader — to build and lead our Product organization from the ground up. This is our first senior product leadership hire and the person who will define how Product from structure and process to strategy and culture. While the title is VP we’re looking for a hands‑on builder who thrives in early‑stage environments and scales teams, not just processes. What You’ll Do Build and scale the Product organization — from 2.5 PMs today to 6–10+ within the next year. Establish a “product factory” mindset: implement scalable systems, processes, and rituals that drive clarity and speed. Lead Product Management and Product Design (UX / UI). Drive strategy and execution across multiple B2B enterprise sub-products. Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and Design to deliver aligned outcomes. Be both strategic and hands‑on — willing to get into the details while building for scale. Recruit, mentor, and grow world‑class Product talent. Represent Product externally when needed (client‑facing and stage‑speaking opportunities). What You’ll Bring Must‑Haves Proven B2B Enterprise Product experience Demonstrated success scaling Product teams (from 2 to 10+ PMs). Experience managing multi‑product portfolios, not just single features. Hands‑on leadership style — pragmatic, builder mentality. Strong ability to implement process, structure, and scalability. Nice‑to‑Haves Experience in SaaS, or AI‑driven platforms. English fluency required, German is a plus. Experience scaling organizations from startup → growth stage.
