The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for hunting new logos, selling an award-winning AI-powered data platform to enterprise customers in Germany region. This is a high-impact, strategic role, requiring strong pipeline generation, complex deal navigation, and executive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, selling into C-level stakeholders across major enterprises.
Build and execute a structured outbound strategy, driving high-value new logo acquisition.
Work with solutions engineering, product, and marketing teams to craft compelling enterprise sales strategies.
Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ensuring a consultative, value-driven approach.
Follow a proven sales methodology (MEDDIC preferred) to drive predictable revenue growth.
What Does Success Look Like? Win major new logos and consistently exceed sales targets, driving ARR growth in DACH Region / Germany. Contributing to long-term expansion strategy, positioning yourself for Country Manager progression.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on net-new business acquisition.
Experience closing large, complex deals with C-level buyers in enterprise accounts.
Strong outbound pipeline generation skills, thriving in a hunter sales role.
Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC preferred).
Fluent in German and English, with a deep understanding of the German enterprise market.
