WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Analysis, documentation, and resolution of clarification cases that may arise during the inbound process
* Contribution to the continuous improvement of workflows and quality standards
* Verification of delivery documents and invoices, creation of system-based goods receipts
* Monitoring, analysis, and escalation of deviations in key performance indicators within the assigned area
* Communication with internal and external partners (Purchasing, Finance, freight forwarders)
* Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of meetings
* Supervision of smaller support teams
WHAT YOU BRING
* Solid professional experience in logistics or alternatively a completed apprenticeship or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics
* Initial experience in team leadership is a plus
* Experience in project work is an advantage
* Strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
* Assertive and communicative personality with diplomatic skills
* Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong organizational abilities
* Confident handling of tools such as Jira (ticket & task management), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift) and on Saturdays
