Who we are
Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Global Talent department focuses on all people-related activities within our growing organization. Our responsibilities range from designing and implementing innovative recruiting processes to developing employer branding initiatives and global talent programs. Furthermore, we ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience by driving onboarding processes and supporting strategic HR projects across all regions.
Your role and key responsibilities
As part of your thesis project, you will support us in analyzing and optimizing the Candidate Journey and Candidate Experience. Your responsibilities include:
* Benchmarking on Candidate Journey and Candidate Experience in the industry
* Review and map current application processes and touchpoints along the Candidate Journey.
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on candidate experience perceptions.
* Identify pain points and derive actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Develop a concept or framework for a future-oriented Candidate Journey.
What you bring to the team
* You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Psychology, Business, HR Management, Social Sciences).
* Strong interest in recruiting, employer branding, onboarding and digital application processes.
* Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex topics clearly.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with survey tools or data analysis is a plus.
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
