BS Tableau GmbH, a growing mid-sized manufacturer of lift components based in Zülpich, is looking for a Senior Controller to strengthen our finance team and help shape the future of our financial processes and ERP systems.
💼 Your Mission
As our Senior Controller, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and operational excellence. You will:
* Lead and continuously improve monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
* Analyze financial data to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making .
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs that matter.
* Spearhead the implementation and optimization of our ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision).
* Partner with cross-functional teams— Purchasing, Sales, IT —to align financial goals with business strategy.
* Contribute to investment planning, cost optimization, and other strategic initiatives.
🧠 What You Bring
* A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in controlling, ideally within a mid-sized industrial or manufacturing environment .
* Strong command of Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Hands-on experience with ERP implementation —bonus points for Navision expertise.
* Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
* A proactive, analytical mindset with a collaborative spirit.
