Job Description
We are looking for an IT Manager to join a leading workspace provider in Munich, Germany!
This full-time on-site position is based in Munich requiring some business trips to Düsseldorf and reports directly to the IT Global Director. The chosen candidate will be an integral part of the site team, responsible for managing all IT-related problems and projects.

What will you do?
1. Maintaining communication with the Global IT Director and ensuring that branch policies are in line
2. Providing technical support and guidance to the members and employees
3. Cisco Meraki Network administration - VLANs, Switches, MX, etc.
4. Managing network printers - installing and configuring
5. Maintain and operate conference rooms AV systems
6. Maintain and operate CCTV systems and coordinate necessary updates
7. Maintain and operate security systems and access controls
8. Documentation and developing training materials as needed to fulfill the project requirements.
9. Plans, organizes, and manages IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
10. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
11. Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms.
12. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and effective manner.
13. Develop and implement solutions to improve IT performance and efficiency.
14. Communicate IT issues and updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
15. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.
Candidate profile
16. Experience with Cisco Meraki - a must
17. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential
18. 3-4 years of Helpdesk or Deskside support experience - a must
19. Hardware and troubleshooting skills - a must
20. Familiarity with MDM / EDR solutions and other cybersecurity systems
21. Experience in a global company - preferred, but not required
22. Strong customer relations experience
23. Experience with maintaining a network computing environment, delegating tasks and responsibilities to co-workers, and maintaining the timely completion of tasks
24. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Mac OS
25. Google workplace and Office 365 admin experience
26. Ability to support over the regular work hours
27. Excellent English & German communication skills, with the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users
28. Be familiar with and passionate about the startup ecosystem
