You will be involved in Banking & Finance transactions, advising your clients on the structuring and execution of their financing operations.
You will be on charge of the drafting and negotiation of finance and legal documents.
You will work closely with partners on complex and international matters, benefiting from direct exposure and meaningful involvement.
You may also contribute to the team’s development with a perspective to evolve as Counsel depending on your seniority.

You have at least 4 years of experience as Baking and Finance Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg allowing you to be fully autonomous within your position.
You are fluent in English and French, facilitating daily communication with both your colleagues and clients.
