The Opportunity
This position works out of our Wiesbadenlocation- Abbott Diagnostics GmbHin the Point of Care division.Abbott Point of Care develops, manufactures and markets critical medical diagnostic and data management products for rapid blood analysis.
Your Tasks:
1. Own FP&A Processes within EMEA coordinating activities and working collaboratively with the FP&A Manager supporting to prepare the EMEA consolidations, review package completions and recycles
2. Set-up all scheduled Proof of Concept (POC) planning activities working with country commercial leaders and APOC International Headquarters (such as the creation and distribution of all templates, schedules, instructions, guidelines and calendars)
3. Prepare and consolidate Financial forecasts (Plan/LBE/OEM/S&OP/Adhocs)
4. Deliver Margin Risk and Contingency analysis
5. Create monthly management reporting, including robust analysis of actual results versus various benchmarks and at various currency exchange rates
6. Present financial information into clear and concise value-added analysis
7. Provide pricing guidance on commercial deals to ensure financial objectives are met and risk is minimized
8. Streamline processes to deliver timely and meaningful financial information to EMEA GMs, EMEA FP&A Manager and International Controller
9. Maintain and further develop management reporting tools and templates
10. Collaborate with other divisional FP&A and IFO teams for establishment of local processes and overall financial reporting
11. Establish and maintain a strong system of internal financial controls
Your Qualification:
12. A minimum of 3-5 years of finance/accounting experience; prior business partnering, and commercial FP&A experience preferred
13. Customer oriented mindset with strong communication skills
14. Can do personality with positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability
15. Strong prioritization skills to manage weekly, monthly, quarterly cycles
16. Enjoys working in an international environment
17. Highly collaborative; Team player within a Matrix organization
18. Advanced Excel skills are required, HFM, SAP, TM1, PowerBI, Cognos/BI tools is a plus
19. Oral and written fluency in English
20. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment/ global organization experience
