As a Manager in the Commercial Insurance / Reinsurance practice , you will take a leading role in delivering and driving complex transformation initiatives for top-tier (re)insurance clients. You will combine deep industry expertise with strong consulting capabilities to guide clients through strategic, operational, and technological change. In addition to project delivery, you will actively contribute to Client Development (CD) and Business Development (BD) by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and supporting pitch situations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and play a key role in growing our Commercial Insurance & Reinsurance practice. Requirements Lead and manage client engagements in areas such as digital transformation, operating model design, process optimization, system implementation and data-driven transformation Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and build long-term relationships Drive and contribute to business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development and pitch preparation Take ownership of project delivery, including planning, steering, and ensuring high-quality outcomes Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Translate complex business requirements into actionable strategies and technology-enabled solutions Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, internal initiatives and knowledge sharing Collaborate across international teams and support cross-functional initiatives
